I have been working in real estate since 2008. I started in property management, managing office properties for a national commercial real estate company as well as resort communities in Summit County, CO. Property management led to real estate brokerage. After 10 years of working for a pair of local commercial real estate firms, I formed Hershey Real Estate Services Inc (HRES) in Denver, CO. HRES specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in the Denver metro area but also does business statewide as well. Now HRES has expanded in to the brokerage of mountain resort homes starting in Grand County, CO. Combining my knowledge of resort home property management and commercial real estate brokerage, I will provide a unique professional perspective and take care of all your mountain real estate needs.
